How to ship quickly and easily
Preparing cargo for shipment
Pack the shipment securely – depending on its type:
- Fragile goods – bubble wrap, thick cardboard boxes.
- Large loads – wooden crates, rigidly secured inside.
- Dangerous goods – strictly according to labeling requirements and international regulations
Make sure that the packaging protects the goods from shifting and damage
Transfer of cargo
- Deliver to our warehouse or arrange courier pickup.
- Check the integrity of the packaging and conformity with the description in the application.
- Sign the acceptance certificate
Receiving the shipment
- Delivery is made to the recipient’s address.
- Upon receipt, check the packaging and accompanying documents.
- In case of damage or discrepancies – contact your Infidel manager immediately
Important tips and recommendations
- Check the list of required documents for your type of cargo.
- For international shipments provide full information: name, quantity, cost, country of origin, TN VED code.
- Consider cargo insurance – it minimizes financial risks.
- Retain all documents and confirmations until delivery is complete
